Product Overview
Ladle Boards are round type silica based refractory lining boards used inside steel ladles during molten metal handling and transfer operations. They act as a protective inner lining between the molten steel and ladle shell and helps to maintain thermal stability, reduce heat loss, and protect the structural refractory underneath it.
Our Ladle Boards are manufactured using high quality silica composition to ensure stable high temperature performance and improved metal cleanliness. The optimized density and controlled permeability help minimize the metal penetrations while maintaining structural integrity under rapid temperature changes. With minimum transverse strength of 20 kg/cm² and low moisture content, our boards provide reliable performance in demanding shop floor conditions.
Designed for customization as per customer requirement, our Ladle Boards can be supplied in dimensions tailored to specific ladle capacities and operating parameters. This ensures fitment, improved sealing, and enhanced ladle campaign life. The controlled LOI and low moisture help reduce preheating duration and energy consumption, supporting operational cost savings over longer durations.
