Hydraulically bonded and fine grained, Green Mortar 90K ensures strong adhesion between refractory bricks and lining components. Its fine particle distribution, passing through 100 mesh, allows smooth application and uniform joint filling between refractory bricks. The controlled Cr₂O₃ content enhances high temperature stability and resistance to slag attack, while low Fe₂O₃ levels contribute to improved metal cleanliness. Green Mortar 90K ensures strong brick bonding, minimizes joint failure, and supports long-lasting refractory lining performance in high temperature steel plant applications.
